My ankles are super swollen again today (I'm assuming mostly thanks to the hours of being seated and the heat) and am going to try cutting as much salt and bread from my diet (as humanly possible in Spain your last little bit of time when everyone wants to invite you for dinner) and see if that helps any. I remember Dr. Bell always telling us that self diagnosis via the internet could be a very dangerous thing so I'm hoping this will end well and not turn out to be something more serious!
Next week we leave for the trip with the sixth graders which I am excited and sort of scared about...mostly excited though. Especially because that puts me a week closer to being done with all of my classes. Don't get me wrong, I thoroughly enjoy my classes at school with the English teachers, but the ones I actually have to teach aren't my favorites for sure. No that's not true either, I really like the level one classes because usually when you're talking about how to use "to be" and family vocab there usually aren't questions that can stump me (in Spanish), but when people start asking you things um....can you explain (once again in Spanish) the rules and how to use Modal verbs and such, that's when things get messy.
Hmm, I don't really think I did anything else much out of the ordinary last week so I guess that's that. :) 36 days and counting.
PS: Happy Mothers Day to all the Mama's (especially my own!) we have no idea how lucky we are to have you ladies!!!
